This illustration by American artist Milo Winter has been taken from The Book of Knowledge from the 1930s, a children's illustrated encyclopedia from The Waverley Book Company, published in volumes. The picture depicts an underwater scene, complete with fish, seahorses, urchins, anemones, coral and shells.
