Pointillism is a technique of painting in which small, distinct dots of colour are applied in patterns to form an image. It was a style used by some post-impressionist artists, more particularly called neo-impressionism. Whilst Georges Seurat was the movement's founder, the style was also adopted by other artists of the period.

This lovely collection features 50 high-res pointillist pictures by both well-known and lesser-known artists. Featured artists are Georges Seurat, Paul Signac, Camille Pissarro, Henri-Edmond Cross, Maximillien Luce, Charles Angrand, Henri Dellavallee, Theo van Rysselberghe, Georges Lemmen, Jan Toorop and even Vincent Van Gogh, who was known to sometimes use the technique. The images are mainly 600dpi with a handful being 300dpi, and range in size from 3188 pixels wide/tall to 11431 pixels wide/tall.
