These are the colour pictures from Old Sea Paintings, a book written by E. Keble Chatterton and published by John Lane in 1928.

The book features marine painting by various authors, including Nicholas Pocock (1740-1821), John Scott (1802-1885), William Anderson (1757-1837), Lieutenant Thomas Yates (c.1760-1792), Reinier Nooms (c.1623-1664), Aert van Antum (c.1579-1580-1620), Ludolf Bakhuizen (1630 or 1632-1708), Hendrik Cornelisz Vroom (c.1562-1640) and Peter Monamy (1681-1749).
