Anderson, Anne (1874-1952) - Puff and blow 1918

This delightful illustration by Anne Anderson features in the 15th edition of the Blackie's Children's Annual from 1918. The picture depicts a winter figure (perhaps Jack Frost?) blowing wintery weather at a young girl in the snow.
