This DVD includes pictures by Percy Billinghurst (1871-1933), Rosa Bonheur (1822-1899), Harry Johnston (1858-1927), J.G. Keulemans (1842-1912), F.W. Kuhnert (1865-1926), Charles R. Ryley (1752-1798), Joseph Wolf (1820-1899), Cuthbert Swan (1870-1931) and lots, lots more.
All pictures are named in the following format:- Artist name & dates (where known) – name of publication the picture is from & date – animal name. Eg. Johnston, Sir Harry (1858-1927) – The Uganda Protectorate 1902 – Jackson’s Hartebeest.
All of the images were scanned at 300 dpi and range from just under 1000 pixels – 3,723 wide/tall.

These lovely pictures are from a 1792 book called Musei Leveriani – there are more than 60 images from this book on the DVD.
