It features Lemuel Gulliver who is shipwrecked and washed ashore to a nation of tiny people who are less than 6" (15cm) tall. After initially being accepted by the people of Lilliput, he is finally charged with treason for several crimes, including urinating in the capital, even though he was putting out a fire.
