Artists include John James Audubon, Gracius Broinowski, Mark Catesby, Edward Donovan, Louis Agassiz Fuertes, John/Elizabeth Gould, Henrik Grönvold, John G. Keulemans, Edward Lear, Alexander Lydon, John Livzey Ridgway and Archibald Thorburn.

The pictures are all fully named with the artist name and dates, publication it’s taken from with date as well as the name of the bird that’s pictured, eg.

All of the images were scanned at 300 dpi and range from 1190 pixels wide/tall up to 6763px wide/tall.
